Each of us have different weight loss goals which is why during your food consultation you will receive an easy to follow food program customized for you.
What happens at my first visit?
On your initial visit you will have a medical evaluation, which includes an EKG, a full blood panel work up, as well as a weight, BMI and blood pressure check. Your appetite suppressant and vitamin injection are INCLUDED in the cost of the first appointment as well as an extensive food consult.
How is this different than every other diet I have tried?
Weight Loss Changes focuses on your individual meal plan and encouragement of healthy exercise. You will receive an FDA-approved appetite suppressant and B-12 injection. Personal guidance and support comes from our staff members who are on the program or have participated in the program.
How much can I expect to lose?
It is very individual. On average most of our clients can expect to lose 5-15lbs the very first week. If you listen to your counselor and follow the program you will lose the weight and lose it rapidly. We are a rapid weight loss program, we help you reach your goal quickly and teach you long term eating habits.

My name is Cheryl A. Simonton, I am the owner, I have lost 65lbs on the program and am excited to help you reach your weight loss goals. I want you to have fun, eat out, cook, grill and celebrate life all while losing weight. At WLC we provide our patients with recipes that are easy, simple and fast. Along with my staff it is my personal goal to help you in anyway to help you achieve your "happy weight".
